We’re not officially affiliated with the UNFCCC, UN institutions or governments. The Bonn Climate Camp is a physical space for civil society and for the climate movement to come together – and we commonly shape it in the way we want to. Find more information here.
You can participate in the activities at the camp between June 7 and 18 2026. You can use the camp for you and your group to plan actions or other events during that time. Stay tuned for our application for programme contributions as well. If you’ve any questions, reach out to us. We’re also searching for volunteers and donations. Follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn to stay informed.
The UNFCCC SB64 refers to the 64th session of the two Subsidiary Bodies (SBI and SBSTA) under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). SB64 is a significant meeting where delegates from nearly all countries gather to discuss progress, challenges, and potential solutions related to the implementation of the UNFCCC and in preparation of the COP31 in Turkiye. More information can be found here.
We don’t offer any accreditation. You can only receive an accreditation by an official observer (or party) to the UNFCCC. Find more information on observers and a list of all accredited NGOs.
The Bonn Climate Camp can only offer space for tents, predominantly for volunteers on the ground. But the bedexchange can match you with a host – there is no claim for an accommodation. Please find more information on this in the bedexchange FAQ.
We have a budget for travel funding, the Bonn Climate Camp Bridge. For this year, the application timeline is passed and the participants have been contacted.
