    "Why are we here?," is a question often asked in the dips and valleys of our fight for justice. Imprints of the Sun is collective introspection through deep listening, derealization, and meaning-making to surface stories we hold within ourselves. The workshop will have sharing circles, poetry prompts, and solar printing.

    A creative workshop where participants use collage art and memes to collectively imagine futures beyond fossil fuels, extraction, and green capitalism. This space invites both reflection and imagination, bringing together community experiences, dreams, and justice-driven alternatives. We use art as a political tool to break binaries and envision systems rooted in care, land, and life.

  • The destructive impacts of dams and building a just energy transition

    We will explore the devastating human rights and ecological consequences of dams and how hydropower has been a false solution in many cases - promoted as “green energy” by those who profit. We will also talk about world wide resistance against dams and how to support the movement of affected people.
